The Beta Theta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha
Fraternity, Inc., proudly serves Durham, Orange,
and Chatham counties since 1938.
Chartered on May 7th, 1938, the Beta Theta Lambda Chapter strives to fulfill the Fraternity’s aims of manly deeds, scholarship, and love for all mankind. Seated in Durham, NC; the 152nd House of Alpha serves Durham, Orange, and Chatham Counties and continues to serve as advocates of the community.
What drives us is a commitment to service, leadership, and uplifting our community in Durham and beyond. We exist to make a measurable impact through programs that support education, mentorship, and civic engagement.
