We would like to thank everyone who was able to come out and support the Project Alpha-Go To High School Go To College event. We began the day by watching and examining the STATS video and then pivoted to an amazing discussion on consent and the differences between healthy, abusive, and unhealthy relationships led by our expert speaker. From there we helped the young men develop long and short term goals using SMART plans and concluded with lunch and a tour of North Carolina Central University’s campus. The session was a great success as we were able to both build relationships and impart some wisdom on the young men in attendance. Details on our next session will be shared as they become available
